Grant Information
The Crime Prevention Foundation of Brown County accepts applications for grants that fund local crime prevention programs. Grant applicants must submit requests for programs or projects that aim to reduce or eliminate at least one of the three elements of the crime triangle: the desire to commit the crime, ability to commit the crime or opportunity to commit the crime. Organizations that have received grants in the past can be found under the “Grant Recipients” tab.
Qualified applicants include non-profit organizations, government agencies, schools, and school districts operating in Brown County. Grants will not be awarded to individuals. Grant funds should not be used to supplant funds from the organization’s operating budget. Applications are reviewed once a year. This year’s applications have already been reviewed and the grants will be awarded at the annual Crime Prevention Foundation Luncheon on October 4th. Please look for next year’s announcement and submit your application to the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation.
